We are closed Holidays and Sundays except by appointment, also Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve day, and the day after Thanksgiving. We are always willing to meet with you by appointment if our scheduled hours are not convenient.


All though we make every effort to insure that our prices are current, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.


For a quick estimate on the amount of your shipping charges, you can figure that it will be approximately 10% of the cost of your order.
All orders will be shipped same day as received, whenever possible.
Orders are shipped from our distribution centers depending on proximity. Our shipping charges are simply what is dictated by UPS charges. UPS discounts are built into orders over 200 lbs., and those discounts will be passed on to our customers.
COD charge is $5.00 per order.
Packing charge on regular orders valued over one hundred dollars is $3.00 per order.
Free shipping on Sashco Drop Ship Orders of 500 lbs. or more. 7-10 day delivery time.


Prior authorization from Appalachian Log Care must be received before returning any merchandise. Returns must be requested within 30 days and must be delivered within 60 days.
There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise after 60 days.
When products are returned, we need to know if you paid by check or credit card. If the product was originally purchased on your credit card, it must be returned on the credit card.

Lost or Short Shipment:

If an incomplete shipment is received, please notify Appalachian Log Care immediately. If necessary, we will gladly send a tracer to locate the lost parcel. Please understand that Appalachian Log Care will only be responsible for claims received within 10 days of the shipment date.

Damaged Shipment:

Appalachian Log Care is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier.
Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, it should be inspected for external/internal damage, and report any damage to the carrier's agent. Follow the carrier's instructions.
Then, report any damage to Appalachian Log Care. We will work with you on ways to resolve the problem. Do not return any merchandise without authorization.

Literature and Samples:

We have 4 oz. samples of most of the finishes we carry. The first four samples are free. Subsequent samples are $2.50 each. Our Literature Dept. will be happy to send you what you need.
